What’s new?
On November 5, 2024, Missouri voters approved Proposition A to increase the state’s minimum wage. Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum wage for non-tipped workers will increase to $13.75 per hour. The minimum wage for tipped workers will increase to $6.875 per hour.
Who must post?
Employers subject to the Missouri Minimum Wage Law are required to prominently display the Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment. (Mo. Rev. Stat. § 290.522)
