Colorado Minimum Wage Order Open for Public Comment

The Colorado Division of Labor Standards and Statistics recently announced that it is seeking input from the public on the Colorado Minimum Wage Order. Colorado’s Department of labor and Employment has officially adopted Minimum Wage Order Number 29. Effective January 1, 2013, Colorado’s minimum wage will increase to $7.78 per hour, up from the 2012 rate of $7.64 per hour.
